EMBROIDERY
Minimum Quantities may apply and we give you that info up front, small quantity order minimums depend on the type of garment, stitch count and other factors.We'll guide you - no problem. Just tell us about your project, we'll do the math for you.

Fax or E-mail us the details about your design. Most importantly the size and shape. This is the basis for estimating the “stitch count”. From there we can get the ball rolling.

Some basic understanding of the limitations of embroidery helps.Like; how small the lettering can be. The use of “fill” that consumes valuable stitch count, and more.

One benefit of embroidery is that if you need up to six colors in your design, the cost is not significantly more than a one color design. Not true in screen printed designs where the number of colors directly effects the end price by leaps and bounds.

The digitizing of a new design is typically more costly compared to the set-up charges for screen printing. We have many designs already digitized and waiting for your Local Number or other wording to be added at a minimal charge.

Our procedure for new designs for embroidery includes sending you a detailed E-mail photo or scan of your new “sewn-out” Logo.
